Random Story Facts-Part 1-The Ancient Language

Random Story Facts-Part 1

Dear Friend,

Welcome to Random Story Facts-Part 1 of The Lost King’s Daughter! The Ancient Language!

I decided to share this with you here, as it has come to my attention that many of you may not engage on social media, and therefore, do not have access to a lot of the things I post there. As a result, I do not want you to feel left out or disconnected!

But first things first…

what are random story facts?

Simply stated, they are exactly what they sound like: random, true facts about The Lost King’s Daughter that came to mind (and that I thought readers might find interesting!) when I reflected on all the reasons why all the things that are in Finockt’s story are actually in there. Basically, Random Story Facts are little tidbits that give more backstory into the development of my novel and why I chose to include the “random” things I did.

Let’s Get Started!

So, without further ado, below, you will find Part 1 of my Random Story Facts segment–the Ancient Language–that I shared on Instagram concerning my first book in my YA medieval Christian fantasy series, In the Shadow of Emerald Fire. As previously mentioned, I hope you enjoy this sneak peek into some of the reasons why I decided to write The Lost King’s Daughter the way I have. It is currently available for lending at the Dayton Metro Public Library and the New Carlisle Public Library (which also services the Troy and Tipp City areas). The Lost King’s Daughter is also available on Amazon (in ebook and paperback format), or you may find the paperback here at my store.

What did you think?

I hope you enjoyed this “random” post, as well as a little insight into the Breton culture and language. Have you ever heard of the Bretons before? Or Brittany for that matter? It is a culture worth looking into, as they have many beautiful things to share, and their Arthurian forests are unrivaled…in my humble opinion. 🙂

In closing

Until next time, dear friend, I pray God’s blessings upon you wherever you might be. God bless xoxo
